Dear Air Sailing Friend,

Please take a moment and consider a tax deductable donation to Air Sailing Incorporated. As described in the enclosed brochure we are seeking donations to fund a number of projects at the gliderport. These projects are intended to provide better services to you while reducing our operating cost and creating operating revenue.  Last year we replaced the old gas truck with the new fueling station noted in the brochure. This necessary upgrade was paid out of existing funds last year, so part of this campaign seeks to replenish those funds.

For those of you who haven’t had a chance, please take advantage of the challenge fund offer made by some generous contributors, if you can contribute $500 or more they will match that contribution up to a total of $20,000.  However we realize the economy is not great and can use any contribution you can afford.

The long term vision continues to be to provide a safe, dedicated, soaring facility and opportunities for soaring education. This has included youth training programs, educational soaring camps & special events such as the Women Pilot’s Soaring Association seminars. As a not for profit organization, we strive to keep costs affordable to make these opportunities available to the broadest community possible. This approach depends upon hard working volunteers’ time and the generosity of the soaring community through donations. Whether you attended one of our events, received instruction, watched a sunset or just recognize Air Sailing’s unique value, this fund raising campaign is your opportunity to pay forward to the future of Air Sailing.
